Captain Mini John is the Managing Director at Phoenix Security Facility Management Services. She has a multifaceted personality as an Entrepreneur, Educationist, a thorough Security Professional, an Athlete and a Homemaker. She served in the Indian Army as an Instructor at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai and Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Indore between 1996-2001. She has helped shape the lives of future army officers at these premier military establishments of India.

Ravi Sreenivasan is the Associate Director at Phoenix Security Facility Management Services. He has experience of twenty three in physical Security in different companies like NOKIA/MICROSOFT / VFS GLOBAL SERVICES/FLIPKART and G4S Secure solution. Through Phoenix Security Facility Management Services, he ensures that quality manpower is recruited, trained, evaluated and groomed before it can be deployed to organizations.
